Dyeing process of metal buttons has two ways. One is oil painting and the other is electroplate coloring. Oil painting is a cost-effective and quick process where raw buttons are painted by oil spray. To bring different effects over buttons, electroplating takes part. It’s quite expensive than oil spray and needs to go through multiple processes. You’ll be happy to know that, V&T Buttons owns separate dyeing factory where both electroplating and oil spray is available. Dyeing team is consists of 20 peoples.
